Administrative Assistant
Status: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Location: Camp Hill, PA
What We’re Looking For:
- 18 years of age
- A valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree or technical certification in a related field preferred
- 6 months to 2 years of previous job-related experience required
- 2 to 5 years of experience preferred
- Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand English
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge related to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism preferred
- Preferred: Experience with Government Relations and Advocacy
- Preferred: Total Quality Management experience
- Preferred: Volunteer and Donor Relations experience
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll support UCP Central PA’s mission by providing reliable, organized, and timely administrative support across departments. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by managing data, coordinating communication, supporting projects, and helping maintain accurate records that support the individuals we serve.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide reliable, organized, and timely administrative support to operations and leadership teams.
- Maintain accurate data entry and reporting across systems (e.g., Excel, SmartSheets, MatrixCare), ensuring completeness and accuracy of records.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports; identify inconsistencies and communicate issues to leadership.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and follow-up documentation.
- Support special projects by organizing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring clear communication across teams.
- Manage filing systems, meeting documentation (including minutes), and ensure proper record retention and organization.
- Serve as a point of contact by handling phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence while providing helpful and timely support.
