Manager, Agency with Choice

Position Status: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Location: Lititz, PA 
Pay: Negotiable based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery in accordance with UCP policies and ODP regulations.

• Lead, mentor, and support staff and Managing Employers through consistent communication and training.

• Oversee incident management, including EIM reporting and resolution.

• Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and develop employees.

• Manage budgets, review service documentation, and ensure accurate utilization tracking.

• Drive participant-focused initiatives that enhance satisfaction and align with our Servant Leadership culture.

• Support new referrals, onboarding, and coordination of participant services.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s or higher in Human Services, Psychology, Education, or a related field expected.

• 1–2 years of experience in human services, program management, or IDD supports (2–5 years preferred).

• Knowledge of ODP regulations (6100, 6400, 2380) is a plus.

• Familiarity with developmental planning and goal setting

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
