Program Supervisor – Community-Based Services
Status: Full-time, 37.5+ hours per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Location: Lewistown, PA
Pay: Negotiable, based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
What We’re Looking For:
- Associates degree (or 60 college credits) and 4 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and/or autism
- OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience
- OR Master’s degree and 1 year of related experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of applicable compliance regulations (i.e., Chapter 51, 2380, 6400)
- A valid driver’s license and at least 6 months of driving experience
- Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection
- Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand the English language
- A collaborative, flexible team player with strong organizational and leadership skills
As a Program Supervisor – Community-Based Services, you’ll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building meaningful, connected lives in their communities. You’ll lead staff, oversee program operations, and ensure individuals receive high-quality, person-centered supports that promote independence, choice, and community inclusion.
What You’ll Do:
- Build strong, respectful relationships with individuals and lead staff in delivering meaningful, community-based supports aligned with individual goals and independence
- Oversee daily program operations, ensuring services are safe, effective, person-centered, and compliant with regulatory standards
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans, including evaluations and collaboration with Supports Coordinators and interdisciplinary teams
- Partner with individuals, families, staff, and community organizations to ensure consistent, high-quality supports and positive outcomes
- Monitor program quality, documentation, and outcomes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Lead, coach, and support staff through a Servant Leadership approach, fostering engagement, accountability, and a positive team environment
