    Responsibilities

     

    Here is just a glimpse of some of the things that you will see and do within the first 18 months of the role:

    • Be a part of HR strategic initiatives and implement the newly developed strategic plan and HR balanced scorecard
    • Grow, develop and empower a productive, caring collaborative HR team
    • Actively participate in Executive Team Meetings and Board of Director meetings
    • Lead and implement a high-quality employment program coming up with creative solutions to source key roles and reduce turnover
    • Manage and administer total compensation and benefits programs
    • Establish a high-performance culture that balances requirements of external participants, engaged employees and supports the overall organizational strategy
    • Monitor and enforce the multitude of HR employment laws as well as external regulations that must be met for the multiple service lines that we provide

    Qualifications

    In terms of the experience and other qualifications to meet the needs of this important and valuable role for us, you must have:

    • At least 8-10 years’ general HR experience with prior management and leadership experience
    • Prior experience overseeing and managing multiple service lines that operate under strict regulatory requirements
    • Strong federal and state employment law knowledge and application including but not limited to: FMLA, WC, ADA, OSHA & HIPAA, to name a few
    • SHRM- SCP or SPHR strongly preferred
