    What you’ll do:

    • In coordination with other staff members, develop and implement all initial individual intake, admission, and evaluations.
    • Monitor the development of appropriate plans and strategies for support services that are based upon participant behavior, activities, and environment. 
    • Develop and implement new policies and/or procedures within the functional area to support the continuous improvement of operational effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Set clear performance, behavior, and attendance expectations with direct reports. Provide direct reports with timely feedback, coaching, and guidance to achieve expectations.
    • In partnership with HR Department Recruiter, apply all candidate selection procedures in consistent, accurate, and timely manner. 
    • Develop and conduct in-service training for staff members, including, but not limited to, the following: quarterly meetings with the supervisor team, monthly meetings with each supervisor to review program status, and oversight of the monthly program staff meetings held by each supervisor. 
    • Monitor all initial Individual Program Plans and annual assessments. 
    • Monitor incident management; including Point Person and Certified Investigator functions; and EIM initial and final section reporting. Ensure that facilities and grounds meet required standards for cleanliness and safety. 
    • Provide oversight on how funds are spent and managed, including ensuring that funds are budgeted. 


    What we’re looking for –

    At a minimum, you’ll need:

    • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate required. Associate’s degree or technical certification within a related area expected. 2 to 5 years of previous job related experience expected. 5 to 7 years of previous job related experience preferred.

    • A valid driver’s license with a clean record (no DUIs within the last five years).

    • Access to regular use of a vehicle with valid insurance coverage.

    • Must be at least 18 years of age.

    • Ability to read and interpret documents in English. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.



    It’d be great if you also have:


    • Regulatory Compliance (ie. Chapter 51, 2380, 6400).

    • Knowledge specific to the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and/or the aging population.

    • Multi-Site Management.

    • Developmental Planning and Goal Setting.

    • Total Quality Management.
